Day 1 - Filming outside

Day 1 of filming, we will film outside on the streets of Jess walking for our title sequence at the beginning of our film.

Favourite Films: 500 Days of Summer, Hairspray. Sally likes to watch a variety of films. Her favourite genre of film is drama however, she also enjoys to watch horror/thriller films such as Paranormal Activity.

Background information: Sally's favourite passtimes are song writing and playing the piano. Her best friends are James Oscar (the boy she is in love with), Olivia Batty and Jessica May. They have been best friends since they were children but only Sally and James will appear in the film. They enjoy going to party's and being outside, doing more dangerous activities such as rock climbing and absailing which they do most weekends. Moreover, Sally has won awards for her abstract art work which she does not only within college but in her spare time also. 

Props needed

Phone (iphone 3gs)













We needed a phone because Jess is on her way to her best friend Lizzy's house therefore rings her just before she approaches her house to see whether she can go in or not.


Earphones












We want earphones because in the editing process we will add music (non-diagetic sound) to the background which can be possibly portrayed to be what Sally is listening to. Furthermore it adds realism to the film because she is walking on her own and listening to music is what she would usually do in this situation.

Script required



Not much of the script is required for this day as this will be our title sequence, therefore we are mainly focusing on her walking to Lizzy's house.
